Artist Showcase by
Christopher Fabbri is now
showcasing some drawings and paintings in Vina, for the
New Clairvaux
monastery in their wine tasting room. The monks there commissioned
him to paint portraits of their Abbots - to be showcased for their new
abbey which they are rebuilding with sacred stones from a 15th century
monastery shipped over from Spain. If any group would enjoy seeing Fabbri's artwork, please let him know.
He is willing to showcase his other artwork to groups in the area.

Band Concerts in the City Park
If you like band music, then come out to the Red Bluff City Park on Mondays at 8 p.m. (June- August).
Listen to the Red Bluff Community Band perform many of your favorite
tunes from the past. Enjoy some pleasant summer evenings with your
family and friends as you listen to the musicians strike up the band!
The band rehearses each Monday evening, during the months of September
through May, from 7 PM until 9 PM at the Red Bluff Presbyterian Church
located at 838 Jefferson Street, Red Bluff, CA. Each rehearsal is a
lesson given by our Band Director, Jay Thiel, that provides us all an
opportunity to grow in musicianship, skill and just plain enjoyment of

Discovery Center
The Sacramento River Discovery Center hosts a visitor's center that is open to the general public Tuesday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The center contains educational displays and hands-on interpretive displays. The center also hosts monthly evening programs, an annual dinner meeting, and a Watershed Celebration on the third Saturday in May. For more information, call (530) 527-1196.
